Do you require customers to sign a long-term contract?

No, one of the main things that makes us different from other providers is that we do not require our customers to sign long-term contracts. Our team will earn your business, month after month, proving our value through exceptional service and enhanced flexibility to meet your needs.

How do I get an estimate?

Our team offers free consultations and quotes. Simply contact us by calling (704) 483-2226, or by filling out our online contact form. Each system is personally designed by our owner, which ensures you get the exact solutions you’re looking for.

Is your company licensed and insured?

Yes, we are fully insured and hold a North Carolina low-voltage electrical license, which is a key requirement for professional alarm system installations.

What are your service hours?

We are here to assist you from Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. We also offer monitoring services that operate 24/7, 365 days out of the year.

Do you work with residential and commercial clients?

Yes, our team is equipped to handle everything from a single-family smart home security setup to systems for large-scale commercial warehouses. We work on projects up to and exceeding 400,000 square feet.

Why do I need a professionally monitored alarm system?

A “local” alarm might scare off an intruder, but we take that a step further to enhance the level of security your space maintains. For example, our 24/7 monitoring services ensure that if a break-in or other emergency occurs, the proper authorities (police or fire) are immediately alerted and dispatched to the scene, even if you aren’t home or can’t get to your phone.

Do you provide wireless monitoring services?

Yes. Wireless monitoring is considered the most secure method since it does not rely on phone lines that can be cut. We use a dedicated cellular connection that ensures your signal can always reach the monitoring center.

Am I able to control my monitoring/alarm system from my phone?

Yes, our team specializes in Smart Home Security that allows you to arm/disarm your system, get text alerts with photos, and manage your security settings from anywhere in the world via our mobile app.

Will my pets constantly trigger the motion sensors?

We use pet immune motion detectors, which ignore the movement of cats and dogs in the home. They will still detect the heat signature and movement of a human, so the system is not compromised by having a pet in the home.

What happens to the alarm system when the power goes out?

Each of our professionally installed systems comes with a battery backup that ensures your home or business remains protected during local power outages for several hours.

Can you install camera systems for large warehouses?

Yes, we have extensive experience creating security systems for large-scale properties. For example, we have installed systems that use over 75 cameras for full facility coverage. Our team will handle the entire setup process, from initial cable installation to final programming.

Am I able to view my security cameras remotely?

Yes, you can view live feeds and play back recorded footage directly on your smartphone or tablet. Whether you have a single camera at your front door or a massive network covering your commercial facility, you can easily pull up and view footage when you need to.

How long is footage stored?

That will depend on the hard drive size and the number of cameras. In general, most clients get anywhere from 30 to 90 days of continuous recording, based on their unique needs.

Can you provide activity reports for my business?

Yes, our access control systems are designed so they can provide monthly or real-time reports that show activity, such as who entered what door and at what time, so you can manage access more effectively.
